Kickboxing classes are forty five (45) to sixty (60) minutes long, and are strictly for fitness and conditioning, there is no competitive aspect to these classes. | |

Our Kickboxing classes are designed to burn fat, increase cardio-vascular ability, and promote lean muscle mass. This last point is very important for two reasons:

Classes are taught by trained instuctors, so you can learn to punch and
kick safely and with proper form. You will warm up, execute movements in the air
(floorwork), strike bags, perform various exercises, and stretch during class. |
